Haha. Watch the ad. It’s bizarre. It could be from another era. But what can one expect from an isolated, autocratically run country?

Red Rain in Kerala
Wikipedia:
From July 25 to September 23, 2001, red rain sporadically fell on the southern Indian state of Kerala. Heavy downpours occurred in which the rain was coloured red, staining clothes with an appearance similar to that of blood. Coloured rain had been reported in Kerala in as early as 1896 and several times since then. A controversial conjecture that the coloured particles were extraterrestrial cells was proposed by Godfrey Louis and Santhosh Kumar of the Mahatma Gandhi University in Kottayam.

Kavka's toxin puzzle
An eccentric billionaire offers you a million dollars if at midnight tonight you intend to drink a vial of poison tomorrow afternoon. You are free to change your mind after midnight and not take the poison; you will receive the money whether you take the poison or not, so long as you at midnight sincerely intend to take it. Knowing all this, can you get the money, yet also avoid the poison?
This is one example of what happens when you start mixing logic, time, and human intentions/beliefs.

Amnesty details Gaza 'war crimes'
BBC News:
The 117-page report by Amnesty International says many of the hundreds of civilian deaths in the conflict “cannot simply be dismissed as ‘collateral damage’ incidental to otherwise lawful attacks - or as mistakes”.
It says “disturbing questions” remain unanswered as to why children playing on roofs and medical staff attending the wounded were killed by “highly accurate missiles” whose operators had detailed views of their targets.
